Our Rates
- Gas boiler service £65
- Gas boiler service and Landlord Safety Check £80
- Landlords gas safety check £55 for the First Appliance and £15 for Each Additional Appliance
- Oil boiler service £83 for standard efficiency, £93 for Condensing boilers (if the boiler is heavily sooted a surcharge may apply for the extra cleaning involved)
- Powerflushing complete with chemicals – From £250
- Oil, Gas and plumbing breakdowns are charged at £50 per hour (£12.50 per 1/4 hour above this first hour) or a fixed rate. Please call or email us for details. If we can’t fix the boiler we will not charge you. If the boiler repair is extensive then we will provide you with a quotation for the works.
The above prices do not include for any parts which may be needed.
Normal Office hours Monday to Friday 8:00am to 18:00hrs. Out of hours work add £15 to all fixed price services and time and a half for hourly rate work.
No call out charge added. We have a minimum standard charge of £40 per hour for general plumbing work.
Quotations can be provided for any service not mentioned above. Please ask.
